Rockliffe Hall will celebrate its ten-year anniversary later this year.
Since opening in 2009, the hotel has won numerous accolades including Visit England’s Large Hotel of the Year, Good Spa Guide Best Spa for Luxury, North East Tourism Awards Hotel of the Year, 59Club’s Golf Flag Award, Best Golf Resort in Europe, and has featured in the Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants and Top 100 Ultimate British Hotels, to name just a few.
To mark this milestone the North’s only five red star resort is holding a glittering black tie ball on November 23, from 7pm.
The event will be hosted by Pam Royle, patron of the Great North Air Ambulance, Rockliffe Hall’s partner charity.
The ITV Tyne Tees news presenter will announce the raffle winners and will host the silent auction with all proceeds going to the charity.
Guests will be urged to dress to impress for the party of the year as they arrive to walk down the red carpet to receive their glass of chilled Champagne.
There’ll be a selection of delicious handmade canapés in the Rockliffe Lounge as they relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Once seated in the beautifully decorated Rockliffe Suite, guests will enjoy a sumptuous three-course seasonal menu served with half a bottle of perfectly paired wine to complement the flavours.
There’ll also be live entertainment from The Hip Operation, who recently won Best Band at the National Wedding Awards, following by a disco. Each guest will also be presented with a special goody bag when they leave.
