A leading Teesside marketing firm has joined forces with Middlesbrough’s largest shopping centre to create a website inspired by the centre’s mascot.
Cleveland Centre’s ever-popular ‘Cleveland’s Kids Club’ is launching a new website for Teesside youngsters and their families.
Currently, the monthly kids club – fronted by the centre’s mascot, Cleveland Croc – sees scores of kids and their families head to the centre for fun, interactive and educational activity between 12 noon and 2pm on the last Saturday of each month.
This year the events have included Silly Science, Natural World and recycling-themed kids’ clubs, with youngsters learning valuable knowledge whilst having loads of fun along the way.
Now, the centre has linked up with marketing agency, Emmerson Marketing, to launch a new, dedicated website to add value to the kids’ club offer, including photo galleries and videos, event notification and special offers.
Cleveland Centre manager Graeme Skillen said: “After launching our kids’ club three years ago, we’ve seen the monthly event go from strength-to-strength, so we wanted to develop a dedicated website – over and above our main centre website – that appeals to a young audience and their families.”
Matt Emmerson, managing director of Castle Eden-based Emmerson Marketing, said the firm was proud to be expanding its work with Cleveland Centre alongside prestigious clients including Middlesbrough Football Club, Psyche, Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice and Hartlepool College of Further Education.
“We are delighted to continue to work with Cleveland Centre to help reach out to shoppers and their families in innovative and engaging ways. We’re proud to have produced a website which takes the kids’ club brand we have developed over recent years to the next level.”
Launching today (July 29) the website can be found at www.cckidsclub.co.uk
